Shipping

Bayport House orders ship within 24-48 hours (weekdays) from our Long Island, New York warehouse using FEDEX or U. S. Postal Service depending upon shipping preference selected at time of checkout. A signature may be required on larger orders and FEDEX cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

 

There is a minimum $7.95 Shipping charge on all orders under $150 within the continental U.S. which may be higher depending upon weight and destination. You will see the calculated shipping charge during checkout before your order is finalized.

 

Transit times for Ground Shipping usually follow the time schedule below:

- Northeastern U.S. 1-2 Days

- Mid-Atlantic, Southeastern and Great Lakes 2-3 Days

- Central & Midwestern U.S. 3-4 Days

- Western States, Alaska & Hawaii 4-5 Days

 

International shipments are normally shipped using U.S. Postal Service International Priority Mail (6-10 Days).

Warranties, Returns & Replacements

All Bayport House products are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects. Any item found to be defective may be returned to Bayport House within 60 days of shipment date for refund or replacement.

 

Bayport House never charges restocking fees on returned items; however, returned items, other than defective pieces, must be returned in their original, sealed packaging in order to be eligible for refund. Should you wish to return any Bayport House product, please email us at Sales@BayportHouse.com for return instructions and shipping address. Because they have been opened and used, sample pieces are not returnable for refund.
